I’m AlbanyRae.
I created AlbanyRaeFitness to give women everything I wish I had when I started my health/fitness journey. I know what It feels like to feel stuck & so uncomfortable in my body. When Playing Division 1 volleyball, if I would have KNOWN the things I do now about health/nutrition… WHEWWW the athlete I could have been! A healthy body is EVERYTHING. I went through my own journey the wrong way… like the worst way lol. I did all the fad diets, supplements, hours of cardio, restriction and failed to treat my body in a healthy way. I know what it feels like to be stuck & I also know what it feels like to get it right. I want females to know it’s POSSIBLE to achieve your goals, no matter what stage you are in.
